Hi, I'm Zhen Ye (Peter), an associate professor in infrastructure economics & finance at UCL's Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment, and a research associate with UCL's Infrastructure Systems Institute, Prior to UCL, I held senior position at British University Business School and gained industry experience with London based private equity. Research
My research is multi-disciplinary and covers areas related to diverse infrastructure sectors, finance, economics, operations, engineering and the environment. l have authored over 40 publications including research articles, books, columns and reports during 19 years of my career. Teaching
I believe in research-informed teaching and strive to give the best value of knowledge and learning experience to my students. I have taught well over 15 courses, in triple accredited Business School (AACSB, EQUIS & AMBA) and in finance department (CFA & FRM partner) with Hull, Coventry, Peking, Xiamen and UCL. Consultancy
I believe in creativity and making knowledge relevant. I have provided consultancy to a wide range of clients on a variety of consulting activities from entrepreneurship, innovation to finance and big data analytics with clients including UN agency, spin-off companies and the public sector.
